Prepared for your firm
JurisAI is a legal practice platform created specifically for Cyprus. We have built our own index of Cyprus legislation and case law, and every AI answer is drawn from that index, with the legal basis cited alongside it — grounded in the sources themselves, and checkable in one click. Around it: seven dedicated practice portals, deadline tracking before anything is missed, and document analysis as soon as files are uploaded.

§02 · Seven practice portals
Seven practice portals. None of them generic.
None of these is a generic case file with a label on it. Each portal was built around what that category’s lawyers actually handle — its own matter types, statutory clocks, forms and drafting tools. Open one, and it already speaks your practice.
Defense work that runs arrest → trial → appeal, against the clock.
Bail status & conditions · prosecution disclosure tracker (requested / received / outstanding / refused) · plea decision-support · contradiction detection across statements · cross-examination prep · closing & mitigation drafts · four appeal routes under Cap. 155 · defense witness list
Procedure-driven claims where the right form and the right step decide the case.
Pre-court letters by type with the response deadline computed · step-by-step filing under the Civil Procedure Rules 2023 with the correct court forms (99 in the library) · evictions & rent arrears · claims, appeals and enforcement
Matrimonial property and children matters with heavy evidence gathering.
Matrimonial property under Law 232/1991 with its trigger events (divorce, annulment, 3+ years’ separation, risk of dissipation) · a built-in document checklist — affidavits of means for both sides, valuations, 5-year bank statements, title deeds, Mareva application · divorce, custody, maintenance
Registrar-driven work where a company’s status is the whole context.
Company records by HE number · status tracked from active through strike-off, liquidation, examinership and receivership · incorporation to winding-up, M&A · CySEC and AML / UBO work · Registrar forms with their real fees (79 in the library)
Dismissals and disputes heading for the Industrial Disputes Tribunal.
11 real dispute types — unfair & constructive dismissal, redundancy and collective redundancy, wages & overtime, discrimination, victimisation, workplace injury, maternity & parental leave, transfer of undertakings · tribunal filings
Challenging decisions of the state, on the shortest clock in Cyprus practice.
Matters organised by subject (public service, tax / customs / VAT, planning, procurement, licensing, disciplinary, Article 146 citizenship, social security) and by ground — ultra vires, excess or abuse of power, procedural irregularity under N. 158(I)/1999
A permit- and status-driven caseload where every matter type has its own path.
12 procedure types — asylum & international protection, deportation defense, work permits, family reunification, naturalisation, citizenship by descent, permanent residence, EU registration, student / visitor / temporary permits, revocation appeals · a guided procedure wizard · its own official-forms library
There is a deck like this one for each portal, setting out its matter types, its statutory clocks and its forms in full.
§03 · Inside a portal
Criminal, immigration and corporate, drawn as the platform draws them.
Three portals, drawn control-for-control as the platform draws them — the same headers, buttons, badges and case rows you would see on screen. Each portal lists its own cases, and opening one opens everything held for that client — documents, dates, analysis and the advisor, in one place.
Product demonstration · sample matters · no real client information
Because every document, date and note belongs to a matter, the AI answers from that matter only. It cannot reach into another client's file, and it is not recalling a general impression of your caseload — it is reading the file in front of it. Three asylum matters stay three separate matters.
§04 · The matter lifecycle
Every matter moves through the same five stage structure. Each portal names those stages using the terminology its practitioners already know. The firm gains one consistent operating model without removing the distinctions between practice areas.
As the stepper appears on a matter · criminal portal
Civil, family, corporate and immigration follow the same five stage structure, using terminology specific to their work.
§05 · The legal advisor
Ask in Greek or English and receive an answer supported by the relevant legal authority. JurisAI searches an indexed Cyprus legal database and displays the sources behind each response, allowing practitioners to review the law before relying on the answer.
The database is reindexed monthly to keep its legal sources current.

Supports professional judgement§06 · Dates and deadlines
Court dates, deadlines, meetings and reminders — on screen, and in your inbox.
Dates remain connected to the matters they belong to. The firm calendar brings them together automatically, so nothing is copied twice, hidden in a personal diary or missed by the wider team.
Product demonstration · sample matters · no client data
Every matter date across the firm, brought together in one view.
Dates appear automatically from their connected matters.
Tuesday, 22 September 2026 Today
Wednesday, 23 September 2026
Thursday, 24 September 2026
Every matter carries its own limitation date. JurisAI sends a morning digest in Greek or English, showing each approaching date once at the relevant threshold. Dates due within seven days also appear automatically, including reminders created by the user.
§07 · The agent
It acts on the file, and every action can be taken back.
Describe the matter in your own words. The agent reads the right procedure, opens the file and fills in what you told it — reporting each action as it takes it, with an Undo that stands for ten seconds.

§08 · Document analysis
Read, summarized and checked against everything already in the matter.
Documents are organized by category, analyzed when uploaded and compared with the rest of the matter. JurisAI does more than summarise what a document says — it identifies the details that may not agree with the existing record.

The rent ledger records arrears of €7,700, while the demand letter dated 12 March states €7,200. Review both figures before proceeding.
§09 · Firm analytics
Outcomes, favourable rates and case durations, across every practice area.
Every matter records its outcome when it closes. These figures are read from those records rather than compiled from them, so they are current without anyone preparing them.

Outcomes per legal area
Held per practice area, from opening to recorded outcome. A corporate matter closing in 96 days and a criminal one in 341 are different businesses, and the firm can see that without anyone counting.
The most recently concluded matters, each linked back to the file that produced the result.
§10 · Confidentiality
Isolation, an audit trail, encryption and a retention policy you set.
A lawyer cannot adopt a system that puts privilege at risk, so this is not a footnote in the contract — it is how the platform is built, and it is visible to you in the product rather than promised in a schedule.

Logins, matter changes, uploads and AI requests
Seven years is the legal-compliance default. Both are yours to set.
§11 · Plans
Four plans. Every one includes every portal and every tool — what changes is how much you can do.
Annual billing is ten months for twelve — €490 · €1,290 · €3,290.
Next step
The fastest way to judge this is not a demonstration. Take a file you have already closed, run it through, and see whether the platform finds what you found — and whether it flags anything you did not.
